About This Journal

The Inner Path is a personal journal of spiritual exploration. I write about the things I find genuinely interesting and worth sitting with — the inner life, the nature of consciousness, the strange ways that ancient wisdom and modern science seem to converge.

The topics here range widely: silent meditation and its relationship to awareness, the geometric patterns that seem to underlie physical reality, the Tibetan Buddhist teachings on dreaming and death, the phenomenology of peak experiences, and whatever else I am currently turning over in my mind.

This is not a commercial publication. There are no courses to sell, no newsletter to sign up for. Just writing — offered freely, in the hope that something in it is useful to someone.

If something here resonates with you, I am glad. If it raises more questions than it answers, I am equally glad. Questions are the beginning of everything.
